I used this company to ship my SUV from Edmonton to Mississauga/Toronto in January 2011. The company uses local-owned and operated yard houses to pick up vehicles if they do not have their own RIM terminal.

The vehicle dropping off process was odd, however it was on a New Year's Eve. I arranged to have a person personally view pick up my vehicle and inspect it. I left personal belongings in my vehicle to be shipped to my destination.

I was able to receive constant communication with the Sales Manager, Richard during the whole process. He was reachable via email and phone.

Upon arrival, the Sales Manager arranged to have my vehicle dropped off at my workplace office or at my personal residence. I received a call an hour prior to my car arrival and within an hour, my door bell rang and a representative walked me to my vehicle and confirmed delivery with the sales manager on the phone. When I arrived at my car, it was washed and clean and the representative had parked the vehicle nicely and had the car running, warm, heated seats turned on, and radio playing so that I could jump right into my vehicle and drive away (it was winter and -15 degrees Celsius). The overall pick-up experience and customer service was superb! More than I expected considering the drop off process wasn't as pleasant. Overall, great service at a decent price compared to other vehicle transport companies.
