I used Puzzle Auto Transport to ship my car from Miami to Los Angeles in December 2012. In every single respect, the service was outstanding. The pickup was on time, and the delivery was ahead of schedule. My car arrived in exactly the condition I expected (i.e., somewhat dirty, which is to be expected with open transport), with no damage at all. The people I worked with were polite, helpful, and thoroughly professional. I was concerned about entrusting my car to a shipment company, especially with so many horror stories about cars getting broken into or damaged during transit, but was pleased to find that Puzzle Auto Transport, and in particular David Davoodian, provided impeccable service and professionalism. Based on this experience, I have already recommended this company to one friend who is looking to ship her car cross-country, and will be sure to make similar recommendations in the future.
