BLATANT THEFT - All of our goods did not arrive. Mainly high-value electronic items, that have yet to be recovered, some items came damaged. The delivery crew failed to set up my children's bedroom furniture correctly causing damage to both beds. We have tried to no avail to speak to the GM but continue to get the run around. We were not treated in a manner that is stated in this company's mission statement. We wrote an extensive letter capturing the chain of events from pick up to delivery; capturing all items that were stolen and damaged but still no response. We made contact starting from the very day our household goods were delivered, and items found to be missing, have yet to hear from the GM on this issue. Our final price was double the amount quoted DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
