The car was located in a very rural area. We did have is vehicle assigned in a timely manner. We tried to load the vehicle once and it was not ready. It was locked in a barn and the origination party could not meet our driver until 8PM. So we assigned it to another driver and it was loaded and delivered within 24 hours. There was no type of FRAUD! Jason promised he would change this review once he received his car. He did not keep his word. He was upset at the wrong people. He should hold himself accountable for not having his car ready at 6PM like he requested. Drivers have schedules to keep. We sometimes can't wait for the simple fact that we have other customers who are ready and we must be on time. All in all once the car was ready for pickup it was a very smooth move. Just to let Jason know we could have billed him for a dry run fee. We did not, our clients come first.
