Beware!! Earned "Unsatisfactory" Rating from BBB!! Horrible Service!!!

Their site Proluxautotransport.com is poorly made and is very unprofessional about their terms and conditions. A customer would not see their terms and conditions on the site or anywhere on the order forms. If you use this company, you would be asking to be ripped off by very dishonest people. I found this company as a sponsered site on Yahoo.com and thought that it would be safe to use. However, these people are out to scam you without telling about their terms and conditions. Their site never mentions anything about a cancellation fee, and I cancelled more than 72 hours in advance. I called them to cancel and they never gave me a firm response/email/fax confirmation to make sure if the order was cancelled or not. Never told me that there was a cancellation fee. I kept on calling and they purposely avoided me by not picking up my calls (they had caller ID) because when I told a friend of mine to call them, they picked up her call and transferred her to the person I was trying to get a hold of. They would do things behind your back and then tell you, "what is done is done and there is nothing that I can do about it." The owner "Maria" was so rude that she came on the phone to tell me that she was the owner and she does as she please!!! I learned later that they received an "unsatisfactory" review from the BBB, this is from the BBB site: "Bureau has been UNABLE to confirm this company has a valid local business license for the locale in which they operate. IF A CONSUMER DOES BUSINESS WITH AN UNLICENSED FIRM, THEY DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK."

This is bogus review. We never transported a car for this client. The client canceled after the car has already been assigned to a driver. It has been assigned a week before the car was to be loaded. This was a last minute cancellation. Via our terms and conditions we have a last minute cancellation policy. We did everything possible for this client. They wanted a full refund after we scheduled our route and worked man hours. The client was upset and irrational once they did not get a full refund.
