Everything this company told me was a lie. They guaranteed a pick up date by calling me 4 days in advance. On pick up day, they called at 10 am and said they couldn't come. On the day they finally showed up, they refused to actually come to the pick up location and instead called me an hour in advance and asked me to drive 10 miles to them and offered no way for me to get home. Then they promised Saturday delivery but after picking up the car said they would not deliver it on a weekend. They promised me a topload and did not provide that either. Then they also did not bring the car to the delivery sight by truck and instead someone drove my car to drop it off early with no warning this would occur. When I called to complain the manager Joe called me a cunt and used the f word over and over and over again and threatened to tell his driver not to drop off the car and instead put it in storage for $300 dollars a day. Although I can't imagine that would be legal, I was powerless as they had my car and I would have to get a lawyer to fight them. In the end I had to promise to give them $100 more just to get my car. These people should be in jail. I am lodging a formal complaint in all States they operate. If you are thinking of using them, light your car on fire and throw yourself on top of it instead...it would be a better experience. Also, the initial contact person was Milton. Everything he told me was a lie. Beware...run away from this awful company.
