Email contact described all the bad things to watch out for,gave license and web sites to checkout transporters.Company rate competitive,all excellent reviews. Agreed on price, pickup date,called 3 days before pick up,Mike assured no problem was going to email truckers name,license etc.i called day before and was told all information will be emailed24hrs before pick up. I then said ,yes this is 24hrs before pick up,I need to know the company to make the bank check out to,mike replied I will all you back in a couple of hours. Mike didn't call,i called later,I said the bank will be closing soon and mike said he would call me back in 20 minutes, which he didn't call. end of the day,mike was gone the dispatcher stated we are having trouble finding a carrier,"when I find one I will call you with the price and you can decide." When I said wait,I agreed to a price a month ago,and have been told for 2 days no problem ,dispatcher stated "I am canceling your contract "and hung up, Mike was always very smooth,informative,talked a good line but totally did not deliver. I 'm back a square one,on the day of pick up.
