Dear Mr. Seeley, Please recall that you contacted us requesting immediate pickup of your 2010 KTM Dirt Bike. We quoted a price of $695 to have a carrier retrieve your Dirt Bike on a priority basis within 12-48 hrs. You rejected that quote, stating that you were not willing to pay for rush service, which was, in fact, what you contacted PAC to provide. We let you know the insecurity of under-quoted loads. You decided, however, to disregard our advice and have us post your load for a $495 total price. You placed your order 6/3/13 and called Donna Marie a number of times to ask about delivery dates. Unfortunately, Mr. Seeley, you did not allow us to post your load at a reasonable market price. If you should ship a vehicle or bike in the future, please take the Transporter's advice seriously. We all know the cheap beginning is a costly end. PS: You were also advised we DO NOT specialize in motorcycles, but have some advantages in the industry.
