A good proof of the owner's dedication to customers

I actually had a bad experience with the dispatch company All American Auto Transport when they delivered my car to my son in college. The car had a minor damage to the front bottom plate which did not exist and was not documented when it was picked up. To avoid my son's immediate detection of the damage, the delivery driver psychically drove the vehicle into a spot so the front would be hidden and rushed my son to sign the receipt, not advising him there should be an inspection. Since my son is inexperienced and signed the receipt right away, I lost the legal ground to ask for compensation. However, that's not a responsible behavior from All American Auto Transport. My fault was that I am so used to the high quality, responsible deliveries from Amazon.com and I totally forgot it's a jungle out there. When I complained this to the owner Michael, he totally understood my points and apologized repeatedly even though this was not his fault. Then, he fought All American Auto Transport for my rights passionately for 3 days. Although I didn't get compensated at all in the end, I gained valuable experiences from this incident: 1) I will use Priority Auto Relocations Inc. again next time because Michael offers a good price and cares about his customer’s satisfactions. 2) Do not expect Amazon's quality of delivery from other companies; don't sign and give away payment so quickly.
