Called the salesperson, who was very helpful (considering I tended to call him when he was on his lunch or out of office), received my quote and had all questions answered promptly after the second phone call. He was very understanding of my situation and concerns and had my car picked up within 2 days of speaking with him. The driver had my car delivered within 5 days, including Saturday and Sunday (other companies were estimating at least a 7 day delivery from time of pickup). Driver was prompt and flexible with drop off time and location. Very good and easy experience. Also, very reasonable price, especially considering the quality of service.
