Service was fast and as described right to my doorstep.

The secondary customer service rep was not very helpful and was very short with me when I called to ask some questions regarding the delivery. Maybe he was having a bad day.

My primary rep was very helpful.

I was asked to help unload the item (motorcycle) from the truck. I did so in an effort to make sure there was no damage.
