I was smoothed talked into using Premier after I got an online quote. Mr. Anthony Chavez told me repeatedly that communication was very important to Premier Auto Shippers. He said I could call anytime, even on his cell. Anytime before 9pm on weekdays and 7pm on weekends. But as I soon found out, this is not true.

After an agreed upon price of $825 (for 'premier' service) I signed the electronic forms stating the agreed upon price:
BROKER FEE - $203.99 (paid at time of booking)
CARRIER FEE - $625 (due on delivery)

an extra 4 bucks for who knows what

I was not at the pick up location, so I had someone meet them. That person called me and said the drivers info said $725, not $625. So I called Premier and told Lee (the owner) and he said not to worry, he would fix it and call me back. He never called.

I specifically requested a call from the driver when he was on the way because I live 45 min away from the delivery location., but on Thursday (day early), he called and said he was in the parking lot looking for me. I explained I was 45 min away and he agreed to wait so he could be paid.

I got to the delivery location and the driver told me I owed him $725. He had his paperwork showing that price, and I had mine showing $625. SO there we sat. A showdown.

I tried calling Mr. Antony a dozen or more times. Leaving repeated voice mails. But no answer or
call back.

3 hours went by 3:30pm MST until 6:30pm MST with the driver and I sitting in the parking lot waiting for an answer.

While we were waiting the driver told me how Primer had origionally put this job on the website www.centraldispatch.com for $825, which he signed up for then recived a call from Premier stateing that I had been waiting for weeks and that the original pick up got messed up and could he please lower his price because I had been through such a terrible inconvinaice So the driver agreed to &725. This was all LIES. None of that is true, it was just a way to rip off the driver.

BTW- All Premier "Auto Shippers" does is take your money and then post your transport needs to a website called www.centraldispatch.com, where the real "auto shipper" agrees to take the job. For that they took $200!

Finally the driver (very nice man) agreed to split the difference and take $50 off.

I called Premier to ask what had happened and request my $50 and talked to Mike, the "dispatcher" (remember all they do is post to a website). He told me he would give me $25 "and not a penny more". When I tried to tell him why he owed me more, he got very rude, yelling into the phone, "Ill give you 25 bucks, take it or leave it...its all your getting!" I asked him to stop yelling at me and let me speak to the owner. Mike said the owner was at the bank and he would call me back.

No call. I called again, owner was busy, he would call me back. No call again. I called once more, still no calls from Premier Auto Shippers, where communication is sooo important.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY RIP OFF CUSTOMERS AND CARRIERS.

Very interesting review.Mr. Josh cook was explained at the time of booking and it is also stated in the contract he signed and sent back, that on routes that are very far off the beaten path, additional fuel surcharges may apply beyond the given rate. His destination was Steamboat springs,CO,about 200 mile RT off I70,main route. He also failed to mention that we had a driver set to p/u at the lower rate but he insisted that the Bike could only be p/u on monday because his moms scheduled had changed. As a result we had to scramble to accommodate, which we did and it cost an xtra $100 to get another driver. As for the driver giving notice ,there were numerous attempts to contact Mr Cook earlier, but as he had mentioned so often, his cell reception is poor and he misses calls for being in remote area.I had last communication with him when he was on his way to meet driver. It happened to be my daughters B day and I was not available after 7pm est. There are unfortunately some people who cannot be satisfied no matter what.We do our best to meet peoples last minute changes and inflexibility of schedules. We p/u exactly when he needed and delivered as needed. Our driver was very accommodating to him and took $$ out of his pocket to quiet him and he still complains.Sad
