When I received the carrier name and phone #, I called and spoke with John. He said he would pick up my car on Tuesday, April 15th. When the 16th rolled around, I called him back, he offered no reason for not picking up the car, but said he would pick it up no later than Friday, April 18th. He never picked up the car and stopped answering my phone calls or returning my messages. When I called the main office in Loveland, Colorado to advise them he wasn't answering the phone, I asked if they could call him and find out what was going on. I was told that they 'would try' and would let me know. Again, I heard nothing. I would NEVER use this transport company again.
