This is the second car I transported using Pioneer - first time through a Broker and second time direct through Pioneer - good to use a broker if you need hand holding and status updates enroute or have not interfaced with drivers that do not have English as their primary language - otherwise working with Pioneer's dispatch in CA was adequate - both cars (Lexus ES300 and RX300) delivered without any problem - of course the car gets dirty coming cross country - daa - I took pictures of the driver and the car from all directions and the under side with a digital camera - both drivers were capable and careful loading/unloading the cars - passenger cars low clearance can be a source of damage when loading and unloading - in both cases the pick up drivers showed up a day or two earlier than contracted
