After my car was shipped from Mass. to Ca., there was some minor damages on the passenger side of the car. The car was shipped in Feb. As of the end of May, Pioneer had all the required info. As of now, Oct., the repairs have not been made. Pioneer kept "reviewing" the case. Then Chris K., who was handling the claim, left the company. A "Harry" had taken over claims. Still no response. "Harry" is always out of the office when I call. Then they claimed they were moving and no response still. First they were late in getting the car to Ca. Now they have not responded in a timely fashion to get the repairs done as promised.
