The auto was a 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe. When I made the call on a Friday to Phoenix Auto Transport, Bob Crisp was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I told him I needed to get the car to my daugher in Oklahoma City as soon as possible. He posted the transport and called me within a few hours to state that he had a transport lined up and the car was picked up the folloiwng Monday for It was picked up on time and delivered 2 days earlier than expected.
Mr. Crisp's follow up was continuous until the car was delivered. The car was in great shape just dirty from the weather which should be expected if you choose an open carrier.
