I would say that the best way to start is to say that Phoenix Auto Transport did what they said they would do. I felt that Kathy Gant was excellent in telling me the truth, returning calls, e-mails and follow up. They got me a great carrier who was super nice and kept me informed. The pick up was set for a Tues. but he had delays. He called and kept us informed as to what was going on. He picked up the next day which worked ok for me. He still delivered the car the original day promised. His name was Rick Bartlett. He made me fell like I was the most important customer he had. It seems that Kathy really knows haw to pick a great transport co. I choose her company because of reviews I read. I also turned down other co. because of the reviews I read.
For instance, one co. In Fl. advertise that they had their own trucks. I found from the reviews that this was misleading. Most co. quotes were higher (like $1000 ), some were a little lower but I felt it made more since to go with a highly rated co., pay a little more and get better service. Do yourself a favor if you are transporting a car....... Call Kathy.
