At first I did not know what to expect because of the great deal. But the great communications I had with Bob (company rep) put me and my wife at ease about shipping a Lexus and Audi. From the very start Bob was very professional and clearly outlined the complete procedure to move my two automobiles. The service of Phoenix Auto Transport and the carrier (Mark Koral) greatly exceeded my expectations. Throughout the whole ordeal, Bob was in constant communication with me; driver info, current location, on his way to my location, pick-up confirmation, delivery confirmation and vehicles were to my satisfaction. The driver was well groomed and presentable, professional attitude and the knowledge of his profession that he displayed assured me that my autos were in good hands. In addition, the driver maintained constant communication with me and was flexible to some minor changes I had within the final hours prior to pick-up.
