My auto transport was coordinated by Bob Crisp of Phoenix Auto. The experience was far simpler than I had imagined because of his prompt and proactive involvement. All preliminary questions were answered prior to entering into the arrangement. Thereafter, Bob's attention to scheduling and providing caarrier options was exemplary. Communications were prompt and effective, even when evening and weekend calls proved necessary. I could not have been morer pleased with the result.
