Joanne is very efficient. We communicate solely through email, but she was able to make the process smooth and quick. The driver was a very nice person. I called him once during the transportation to make sure my car will arrive on time. The only thing was that my windshield was chipped after arrival. Driver called glass company to get a quote and subtract the repair fee from the vehicle shipping fee.
will definitely recommend parker transport to friends and will use again if needed
