My wife and I were very pleased with our service from JoAnne. As a military family we complete frequent moves through the military and have never received the excellent care and customer service that we encountered from JoAnne. At the time of Service I was deployed to Haiti and we needed our vehicle moved from Texas to out current duty station of Virginia Beach. After my spouse contacted numerous brokers and private carriers with quotes reaching over $1100.00 my wife felt JoAnne was the most honest, fair and up front person she had spoken with. She was understanding of our current schedule and was very accommodating to our needs. The vehicle was delivered early and the driver was kind enough to keep in contact with us through out the transport. I cannot tell you how thrilled we were to have the vehicle arrive before my return home from deployment!!! JoAnne has set such a high standard for our next move that we feel no other broker/company will be able to measure up!!!! We WILL be contacting her again for all transportation needs!!!!!
