Booked transport then never heard from again

I booked with Missy as their's was the lowest quote by far. I was warned by another transport company to beware of this low quote, but I gave PDQ the benefit of the doubt. 10 days after we initially set up the transport, I had to call THEM to follow-up, then call AGAIN. The last time, I got her husband (I guess) and he was very rude, saying that I shouldn't expect to be contacted until 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. I was just wanting some kind of confirmation that they had a driver lined up and the transport was going to happen! He said that Missy was out and that he'd have her call me as soon as she got back. Never happened. Pick-up was supposed to happen TODAY and my Jeep is still sitting in my driveway! Leaving a customer hanging out high-and-dry like this is unacceptable! If they couldn't book the transport, they should've called me and said so! BEWARE THIS COMPANY!!
