As a car dealer we are all for our customers. We have recently started selling over E-bay. Customer service is our #1 goal. This was our first experience in shipping a vehicle to a customer. PCS Transport told us that if we went with their company it would be 10 days from our call till the truck was delivered. We waited 8 days and still had not seen the transport company. Every time we called, asking where they were, we were told something different. When we talked to them on the 8th day, we were told that another client canceled out and they did not know when they would get to us because they did not have a full load. It would be pointless to come out here to us for one vehicle.
I talked to the customer that bought our truck and of course he was upset. We both decided to cancel the transport with PCS and went with another carrier which was more money.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not hold up to their promises and definitely not dependable. They are hard to get into contact with, and we had to keep leaving messages for them. They did not answer any call that we made. They only returned them when it was convenient.
