So we booked to ship our RV from California to Ohio recently and Arthur helped us. However when the drive showed up to pick up our RV there was a HUGE language barrier and he said he could not start it so he just left and did not get ahold of me to tell me he did not pick it up. I actually had to call HIM a couple days later to find out that he gave up. So that fee I gave to this company is gone and the RV is still in California. What a mess...
