Their prices were competitive, their customer service was much better than the others from whom I received a quote, and the vehicle arrived at its destination in the same shape that it was in when it left Iowa. The driver was accessible via the telephone, and worked with us to ensure a timely delivery. Mrs. Olson was nice and their website was fairly easy to use. We shipped a car out to the Seattle area from DSM for much less than it would have cost us to drive. We will ask for their help again if we ever need to ship a vehicle from central Iowa. Disclosure: Olson Auto Express will give me $25 off my NEXT order with them if I complete an online questionnaire. I did not have to write this review in order to receive the $$, or give them favorable marks or comments. I just had to complete a couple of other questions.
