First of all, the shipping and delivery went fine...BUT this company is only a brokerage and does not own or operate any vehicles! I am not rating the carrier, who was fine. Official Auto Transport is nothing but telecommunication scam artists. They promised me shipping at a set price then offered the carrier $200 more and would do nothing to fix the problem. They lied to me on several occasions during the process and NEVER called me back as promised. They even had the gall to tell me they talked to me and I authorized the additional fee! I ended up having to deal with the carrier directly, which is who they presented themselves to be to begin with, and paying them $140 for nothing. If I was closer to Miami I would be in their parking lot right now with a baseball bat. I WILL be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I cannot believe any business can operate this way. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL CHEAT YOU!

We do manage our own drivers and we were able to move Chris' car. Chris' route was very unpopular and we had to send a driver out of the way to do his move. We managed to set him up very quickly and gave him the opportunity to cancel with plenty of time left to go with another company if he was not willing to pay what it cost to move his vehicle. This customer was very difficult to please and after getting everything done within the allotted timeframes he's still not happy.
