We do manage our own drivers and we were able to move Chris' car. Chris' route was very unpopular and we had to send a driver out of the way to do his move. We managed to set him up very quickly and gave him the opportunity to cancel with plenty of time left to go with another company if he was not willing to pay what it cost to move his vehicle. This customer was very difficult to please and after getting everything done within the allotted timeframes he's still not happy.
