This company was contracted to pick my car by American Auto Transport, Davie, FL. While the driver (Bill) was late and rude, he first demanded for extra cash simply because we put some items in the car, which I prompt and rudey declined. He pretended to make a call to their office after which he said that he has been told to pick the car. He thoroughly inspected the car and I handed him the key. Regretably, the car was damaged upon delivery. Briefly, there were two deep dents on the hood of the car with engine oil dripps all over the headlight. Upon contacting him for the damage, he became aggreessive and denied ever damaging the car which is very noticeable to naked eyes. I contacted the company several times both on phone and emails without any response. Also, calls to the American Auto Transport were not successful as well. Please think twice before using any of these two comapnies as they are only interested in your money and American Auto Comapny thinks it has no obligation to you once they've collected the depoit.
