I was VERY worried about having my LandRover transported across the country. Keith at North Star Auto Transport, Inc. in Garland, Texas, assured me I would be completely satisfied with his service. He seemed really nice, and although it cost me 1400. big ones, I felt I could trust this guy! Afterall, he promised me repeatedly that if ANYTHING went wrong he would do everything in his power to make it right. To my BIG surprise, my Rover had several new dings, scrapes and scratches when it arrived. I was able to overlook those small mishaps, but what really shocked me was my spare tire cover was completely ruined!! How the hell do you shred, tear and put holes in a SPARE TIRE COVER on the back of a truck??!! I couldn't believe it!! To make a long story short- this Keith-jerk-off hasn't once returned my calls. He couldn't care less that his driver did this damage to my property. I have reported him to the Dallas area BBB. I STRONGLY urge any of you considering using North Star Auto Transport, Inc. NOT to. I can't believe people like Keith are in business. What a rip-off.
