This was the worst experience of my entire move. The thought that the least of my concerns was the car was the furthest thing from the truth. It was one lie after another that my car would be picked up on a day and delivered on a certain day. IN fact, my car was housed in California from Friday when it was finally picked up at the house till Tuesday of the following week when the transport truck was picked up. Did I hear that?? Of course not, again, no truths, just lies!! Every day we called to get the status and every day it was we will call you back, it is on the way, the driver should be calling any minute and on and on. I am done writing, it jsut gets my blood boiling all over again and this company is not worth the effort. OH, a weeks worth of rental cars, anguish and hassles have sure made me ensure that my company will not ever use your service, I have posted a note to that effect on our databases...
