The trailer driver called first in the morning to confirm the time I will be home. He called again, two hours before time of pick-up. However, because of the size of the truck and traffic he could not make it on time. I did not believe him on phone until when he arrived.
He was professional and cautious and promised the car will to its destination in two days. And it was delivered a day earlier. This what made to decide to use this service always.
