As stated above, we contact Mr. Copelin to inform him in advance that there was a problem with one of our carriers and a delay of getting this carrier back up to par due to the holidays. We offered him options to make sure North American Auto Transport would be able to suit his needs as he decided to stay with us and understood the situation and that we woould do anything in our power to meet his standards. Our drivers picked up Mr. Copelins vehicles respectably and delivered them in 4 days across the country, from VA to WA, to make up for any time lost. Our fully trained customer service staff is prepared Monday - Friday from 9am-6pm to assist any of our hundreds of weekly customers that are shipping or preparing to ship thier vehicles at our TOLL FREE number 866-760-7660, ext. 10.
