This company is unprofessional and dishonest.I have been contemplating this review for sometime.This company should be out of business.My vehicle took 2 months to reach me from New Orleans to Los Angeles,because the driver decided to get high on drugs and steal my vehicle,which was the last car on the truck.My Mercedes was found 3 weeks later and had been towed to a Sherrif tow yard.All my documents were taken out of my vehicle.There was not an ignition key and because Mercedes require the vehicle present to be able to issue a dupliucate digital key,I was forced to pay the storage of $600,then the 3 hr tow of $300 and then $300 for a new ignition key.I received the vehicle after 60 days,because the shipping company did not want a law suit from me.I was not charged for the shipping and then the other fees came to the same.I was not expecting any of this and should have not been charged even for the shipping or the additional expenses.The owner claimed that the driver was his friend,.He never got arrested for theft and when I got my vehicle back,there was additional damage.I had to replace a tire $ 250,my rearview mirror was hanging off and cannot be repaired.This is $600 and my side mirror was broken ( $400) It wasnt til later that I realized all my remote controls were also missing for my rear seat t.v monitors.These can no longer be used.The adjusters took all the details and after months of attempting to reach No Doubt Logistics,they informed me that because the owner was not responding,I was basically unable to follow through with my claim.I attempted to contact them myself and the phone # would just keep ringing with no response or message .IToday is almost a year later and I called and a shady person answered and would not state a name and I asked if this was No Doubt and He said Yes.He is back in business. This company is operating illegally.I contacted the broker who put me in touch with No Doubt and they were not being held responsible,but also insisted that No Doubt would never get work from them.So,if you want your vehicles picked up by ex-cons and drug addicts,then hire them.I would bet my life the owner lives his life the same way if He is hiring his ex-con,drug addict friends to work for him.I have a Louisiana police report and even the cops out there could not believe this scenario.Maybe,Ill write a script on this loser company.I hope you get to read this No Doubt,because you guys SUCK !!!
