I've worked in the auto industry 4.5yrs and have coordinated the shipping the multiple vehicles for my clients. NEVER have I experienced such unprofessionalism from an auto transport company as I did with Nexus while trying to ship my own vehicle. They may offer you a great sounding quote, but don't fall for it. They are not able to deliver on anything they say (shipping window, price, etc.) And trying to work with their horrid "customer service" team is a joke. If you want to work with a competent company that will deliver your vehicle as promised with a great experience, DO NOT USE NEXUS.
