I wish I could give less stars to post a review. I booked an auto transport with Nexus because of their 1-5 day pickup window. They did not deliver this promise as was quoted. I received a call on day 4 that in order for the vehicle to be picked up on day 5 that I would have to pay an upgrade of about $400. I do believe this is unacceptable due to the time frame and amount I was originally quoted for transport. I was then told on day 5 that transport was unavailable for the vehicle until the next week. This would put their pickup window now into an 8 day minimum. It ended up being cheaper and easier for me to buy a plane ticket to pickup the vehicle myself and drive it 1500 miles home. Don't waste your time with false promises, go to another shipping company or get ready to pick your vehicle up yourself.
