We contacted 7 transport companies in our search to ship our son's truck in Michigan to our daughter in Arizona, this company was the most up front with prices, finding a driver, returning phone calls and keeping us updated on the search for transport. We had put a deposit with another transport company almost 3 weeks before New World transport and they would never return our calls, not friendly, not organized, after 4 weeks they said they might have a driver-we told them to cancel. From the first phone call to New World Transport, to them finding a driver was only 3 days-they really got on it and they kept us in touch with what was happening, we didn't have to bug them. Within 5 days from the first contact with New World transport our vehicle was picked up and on it's way to our daughter. We are so grateful to have found honest, good people to work with, we were on the verge of giving up and driving the truck to AZ ourselves. This company has good communication, hard working people, they made the process comfortable. Any time you contact people on the internet it can be sketchy, it's hard to know who to trust, but we looked them up on the BBB site and the fact that they didn't want to be paid until the truck was delivered was a plus for us. We weren't worried about them leaving with the truck and the money and we would never see them again. Always do your homework with companies on the internet but these people were wonderful from beginning to end with us. We are very grateful, Thank you all so much! We would definitely contact them first next time!
