The good news is that we received our car in good condition. In the final analysis, this is what matters most. However, we were very disappointed with the timing of delivery of our car and with the communications we received from New World Auto Transport. Despite having arranged this transaction over 5 weeks before the "first available pick-up date," our car was not picked up until fully two weeks after that date. We were not contacted with any information about when the car might be picked up, nor were we given any reason for the delay. I believe that if we had not taken the initiative to prompt New World multiple times about the status of our transaction, our car would still be in Connecticut. Once the car was finally picked up, it was promptly (five days) delivered to us in Colorado in good condition.
