This order was set for a pick up no later than July 4th 2014. Keep in mind this was a holiday weekend. It was marked picked up on the 3rd of July 2014. So as far as late pick up there was none. I do not know many people that report their car being delivered early as a part of their complaint against the company they are doing business with , seems kind of funny to me.. Attached below is the dispatch report from central dispatch where the car was marked picked up and then delivered. This is the third transport of vehicle's we have done for Mr. Wayne and all has gone well each time. Apparently Mr. Wayne did not read his contract that he signed stating there was a C.O.D. due to the driver. This being the third transport we have done for Mr. Wayne you would think he would have been better prepared with the delivery funds due to the driver.. Like I said this is not his First time doing a transport with us here at New World. Each and every time we have done business with him it has been on a C.O.D. basis as we do with every customer every time...As far as overcharging Mr. Wayne there was a $100.00 increase made to the pricing at his approval the day of dispatch. If this is the amount in question by him I would be glad to refund him his money. The increase was not for the sake of my company making a profit it was only in the intent to get his cars moved. We here at New World Auto Transport did this transport at ZERO company profit because of the previous times we have done business with Mr. Wayne. I do apologize that Mr. Wayne cant be satisfied with our perfect service we provided to him but you can't win them all.
