After speaking to about four transport companies the primary reason I selected New World was they were about 5miles from my personal house and where the car was going to be shipped to.
Steve was not actually able to get the car locked down as soon as he wanted so he reduced his personl fee (did not alter the price of the ship) and gave more to the driver to get it to me on time. I thought that was nice move, and showed he was concerned about getting it to me as promised.
The driver side was tricky the guy spoke little english took a few calls around to get him to my house, but car was delivered as promised- and we actually shipped another car with Steve over to California a week later- so I did use him twice, both times they car got there and there was a little drama with the driver there, but in the end New World helped to ensure you got the vehicle as promised. No ship of any car will be drama free, so you do want someone to help track it and follow up on it- pester driver- call for you- New World did indeed do that each time. Thanks.
