These people are "Unprofessional" with a capital U - They did not make good on their promise, talk to you like you are stupid, do not deliver, never call you back and basically are just inept. I had an extremely frustrating time with them, ended up cancelling, received excellent and prompt service with an entirely different company (Nationwide Auto Tranport, Laguna Nigel, CA). I filed a complaint with the BBB. NW "promised" to refund the deposit for which we are still waiting. This company is a joke.
