Horrible and untimely

I placed an order with Robert of New Way services on 10/27 with a Nov. 3rd available pickup date. Fast forward to 11/16 and I still had no pick up date for my car. I called after the initial 7 day window was over, only to be told that per their contract, they have an additional 4 business days to find me a truck. I looked but still couldnt find anything in their contract that stated that. I called Robert who was very nice, and advised me to send an email requesting a refund of my 150.00 deposit. About 20 minutes after I got off the phone with Robert, I got a call from the dispatch person with new way saying they found me a truck. I had already booked a flight to go get the car myself so I told them to cancel my order. I sent the email on the 16th of November and and have not heard a single thing from them since. I called robert on the 30th of Nov. and was told to call him back later and he would look into it. I called back, no answer. I was then told to speak with Rebecca at Ext. 107. I called, her voicemail is full and of course no answer. I looked at all the reviews on New Way before scheduling with them but they have very good salespeople and decided to give them a chance, much to my dismay. New Way, while they might mean well, seems to never be able to get the job done. I will continue to fight for my refund and consult my attorney to decide my next steps. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THERE IS A REASON THEY ARE NOT REGISTERED WITH THE BBB. Everyone is on your side until they get your money. BEWARE.

UPDATE: Shortly after I posted this review, I got an email from Transport Reviews stating that New Way Moving Services claimed that I was not a customer of theirs. I provided several documents PROVING I was in fact a paying customer and my review was re-instated. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE CROOKS AND CHEATS AND NEED TO BE DRIVEN OUT OF BUSINESS. WORTHLESS EXCUSES FOR PEOPLE CHEATING CONSUMERS OUT OF THEIR MONEY.

TO THE TOP. I WILL NOT LET THIS COMPANY GET AWAY WITH THIS BY POSTING FAKE REVIEWS TO PUSH LEGITIMATE ONES DOWN THE PAGE. I AM CONTACTING THE BBB TODAY IN FLORIDA TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST NEW WAY AND SHED LIGHT ON THEIR SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES.
