Gives you the run around and does not want to refund your money

Gave more than ample tome for my vehicle to picked up and delivered. I kept getting the run around, however I maintained my patience until my patience ran out.

The dispatcher stated I was entitled to a full refund, all I had to do was send an email the agent who was handling my order. I requested a refund on 28 Oct 11 and as of today 11/22/11 no refund.

They were quick to take my money but not quick to refund my money. I have sent several emails and still I am getting the run away..my next stop is the Better Business Bureau.

They owe me $145.00 and want refund my money....I say stay away from this company...
I rate this company as POOR BUSINESS!

Mr. Val was supposed to email us his mailing address so we would be able to mail him a check for the refund - which he never did.we are still waiting, we really not in a need for the customer's money if we didnt provide the service. As soon as the customer will provide his mailing address a check wil be over night to him.
