I would NEVER use NEIGHBORS MOVING AND STORAGE-local OR cross country again!!!!!!!!! It was an awful experience and a very expensive one as well. Ray was dishonest from the start. Ya know that "sales person type" well he's just that type! ugh! Don't believe what he tells you and if you do add another $1,000.00 to the bid! I feel that I explained everything that I was moving and they (Ray and Arthur and their 75 years of business) couldn't get it right. Ray sold me when he said that NEIGHBORS MOVING AND STORAGE had been in business for 75 years....DON'T BUY IT!!!! They are NOT honest and don't know what they are talking about it. They quote you low so you will go with them. Check BBB and BEWARE!!! And be sure to read and reread the contract and fine print!
