I went with them because they were much cheaper than the brokers I found. I verified they would pick up on a certain day and made it clear that I was only in town a short while and it HAD to be done that day. They said they would be there and would call the day before to verify the time. They did call the day before, at about 3PM to say they would pick up the car 2 days later than agreed upon. They seemed to not care that they had completely put me in a terrible bind as I frantically tried to find a shipper that could do it. I found someone else, though it was too late to get it done in my timeframe. If they had at least told me they could not do it in the timeframe when I specifically asked I could have found someone else. In the end I paid more for another company and was very happy with their service.
DO not use this company, they will not show up on time, if at all.
