Please save yourself heartache and headache. Do NOT use National Transport LLC. They are very friendly and will return your calls initially. After accepting my payment in full, I did not receive but one return call in a two-week period. They were late in picking up my car (very late) and late in delivering (very). Rhonda appears to know what is going on, but actually does not. She will play the "politically correct" role, but will not actually take any action. Hillary is the absolute worst. She is VERY unprofessional, will say sarcastic and rude remarks to you. She will hang up on you, unprovoked. She will flat out tell you that she is not with your vehicle, so why are you asking her where the location of your vehicle.
Even worse- The company they contracted (unsure of name...BATR/BEAR...something similar) was absolutely horrible. Multiple items were stolen from my vehicle (yes...I should have not left anything in the vehicle). My carpet was urinated on by the driver after I phoned in a complaint. What CD's were not stolen, were removed, purposely scratched violently, and returned to a different location in the car. I can go on. I am most violated that something was stolen. The car was filthy with an emense amount of bird feces over the vehicle...which says to me the car had been sitting somewhere for a long period. The two drivers/owners I spoke with were Javier and William (supposed owner). William phoned without notice and said he was down the street...needed to drop off the car within 15minutes or had to go on. They will not answer their phones, will not give you a ball-park arrival/pick-up date, etc. Again, I cannot stress enough to not use wither of these companies.
