I needed to have my daughters car transported from San Francisco, California to Texas. My daughter went on the Internet and came up with this transport company. She received a quote on the internet, which was lower then all the rest of the transport companies she inquired with.
I called and asked verbal information on exactly what I needed to do to proceed. The customer service individuals were very polite and knowledgeable and simplified the whole procedure to where there was no stress involved. Required forms were sent via the internet which my daughter and I filled out and faxed back with our signatures. Payment was made and that got the ball rolling, my daughter and I both received a tracking number and information, a pickup date of when the car was to be picked up was given and when it would arrive at it's destination with door to door service. I was skeptical that pickup of the car would not be made when they said, but I was wrong. The gentelmen arrived with the open trailer, I was twenty minutes away and they had the patients of waiting until I arrived so I could take the car out of a garage and drive it around the block to the trailer. The Transport drivers, inspected the car, looked for any dents, damage, and then had me sign off on a form at which I then handed them the keys to the car and left back to work. My daughter expected to get the car on Tuesday but received the car a day earlier at her address, which brought the stress of getting the car for her use down, and everything was honky dory. She said to me the car was dirty, I said what do you expect when it was on an open trailer and traveling through more then 3 states to get to you, "Girls" . Thanks for the terrific service, I highly recommend to anyone who needs to transport a vehicle with little or no worry with limited stress factor to use this company.
