We hired your company because of your add on the internet said you OWNED your own trucks and drivers were insured.

When the car was delivered to us it was covered with motor oil from the vehicle above it and the passenger side mirror was missing.

We notified your company you gave us instructions on what to do, contact PhillyExpress to have this problem corrected.

I did exactly what you told me to do, when I finally got to talk to George Kea this is after I had called several times and faxed over the problem with receipts, George said he would make sure I got paid. It is only $202.20 to have it detailed to get the oil off and to replace the mirror.

When I contacted your office both surervisors told me your company was just a brokerage firm that you did not own your own trucks and that it was up to the company you hired to take care of any problems.

That is NOT what you advertise on the internet.

My delivery was August 2015 I still have not been able to resolve this problem. I think you falsely advertise that you own your own trucks you do not well at least that is what I was told after a problem arise. Philly Express will not contact me about this problem.

Someone must take responsibility for this.
