Reading reviews about which company to choose to ship our car was an exhausting and time consuming process figuring out a broker vs. carrier. We picked National Transport because they are both a broker and carrier, had great track records and reviews with BBB and customer praises.
Our experience was extremely steess and worry -free. National Transport provided a very competitive price, and even matched a lower quote we received. Melissa was courteous and responded promptly to all of our questions.
The driver who picked up the car was extremely friendly and good spirited, which gave us confidence that the car was in good hands. He picked up the car as promised and delivered it so early that we joked he should have picked us up at the airport. The car was delivered in the condition it was picked up and the car was shipped cross-country in only 4 days! It cant get better than that- I would recommend National Transport without reservation!
