I selected this service using the uShip information/advertisement attached to the eBay auction where I bought the truck. The bid was $782.63 but a "fee" was added for another $24.99 which was not stated up front. I made sure not to call the shipper until the entire transaction was complete and the seller and I were happy that funds and documentation were totally complete. It was represented that it might take up to 7 days for the truck to be picked up and then I think 3 days for transportation from Tennessee to Texas. I called several times to check the status and Donna kept saying that a driver had not been located. After a week I told her I was going to have to look for other options but we were going into a holiday weekend and I knew that would be tough. Magically within two days the truck was picked up and then delivered to me within about 48 hours. Once they located a driver the process was great, but waiting 9 days for the truck to be picked up was a little unsettling. The seller was calling me asking when it was going to be picked up. Overall the transaction was good and the actual transporter was very professional.
