I got a quote of 1075$ and 10 day pick up time. Until the 10th day, in spite of my calling them, they did not give me any information on when my car will be picked up. From 5th day onwards i called them everyday and they would say that they will call by end of the day and let me know the status and I never got a call. Finally the 10th day they told me that the there was some problem w the truck, so they have asked some other driver who will charge me 1200$ and pick it up 2 days later. After so much harassment of calling them everyday and not getting an answer they told me it will cost me more money and more time to get my car transported. I cancelled the order because after all this i couldn't trust them with my car. I would not use National Car transport again. Horrible customer support.
