Nightmare experience

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
what a nightmare... i received numerous pick-up dates and delays before finally after 10 days of nothing they tell me the driver's truck broke down and the delay was him fixing it, then either the truck wasn't fixable or the driver decided not to pick up the car, not sure exactly but in the end this company failed to transport my car and referred me to another company, troupe trucking services. the new company was just as unreliable - gave me numerous pick-up dates and windows and failed to pick up the car. now it is 2.5 weeks later and i am being told they got my car confused with another car and the driver already left!!! so i am now looking into other companies, has been a horrible experience i would NOT recommend this company to anyone or trust them, not sure what type of scam is going on but i wish i looked at this review site before i went ahead with my trust and order to them.
